Any reccomendations on Sizing for this boot? I am a US9 in Nike and Mizuno's/27CM. How do these run in comparison?

 

With them being synthetic on the v1.11SL chassis, I'd have to guess that going half a size up would be the best bet!

If I am a size 6½ US in Vapor 8 and a size 7 US in Adizero 1½ leather, which size should I order for the Ducati SL?

 

I wear a size US 9 in the Vapor 8, and I wore a size 9.5 for the v1.11 SL.

The fit wasn't perfect and I had blister issues because the boots fit me loosely and caused too much rubbing on my toes. If I were to buy them again I would most likely go with the US 9.

EDIT: Forgot to mention this but I have read that if your second toe is larger than the first you should size up 1/2 or in some cases a full size up (K leather v1.11). My second toe isn't larger so I can't comment on this.

 

This confuses me as the Vapor 8s runs long for their size and I have heard that the V1.11 SLs runs short for their size. This should mean that the size difference is about a full size but yet you from your own experience recommend the same size. Can you tell me what size you are in other shoes?

 

9 US in everything except for my Copas which are a size 8.

I've pretty much worn every popular boot out there in a 9 US and had no problems except for my V1.11 K Leather, my foot appeared to fit in perfectly at first, but after an hour or so I started felling a lot of pain towards my toes. But that is caused by the plastic that goes up towards the upper, the SL version don't have it.

 

I've got a pair of EvoSpeed K-Leather last summer, and I have to say they're very comfortables. The leather is so soft and they have a very good touch with the ball. I've never tried neither the King's nor the v1's series but I don´t think those were as good as Evo's series

 

What is the general consensus on the Puma King Finale SL's? and the EVOspeed K? Really liking the white/blue colour on the EVO's and the white/red on the SL. Are they both good leathers? Does anyone have them? Ive found EVO on ebay for £90 and SL for £85. How have they held up? are they comfy? comparable to Japan mizunos? Probably going to just sell the things i get from my nike voucher and use it on another pair of boots.

I've just written a full review of the King SL - it should be up on Monday I hope!

 

The Evospeed in general fit true to size. So if your a size 9, stick with size 9. The Ducati evospeed look exactly the same fit as regular evospeeds in terms of upper and toebox etc. Just on a v1.11 sl soleplate. So it is looking pretty confusing on the correct size to order.

 

Soccer.com recommend you to get a half size up for the Ducati SL.

 

The Puma sizes are pretty crazy...
My Kings are 10... my V1.10 SL are 11... I don't buy Puma without try them anymore...
