I knew we'd struggle in this game . Could've created some breathing space with a win at the top . Some things never change. Our only chance to win the championship is for MHSC to collapse .
I hope Ancelotti doesn't play with a 4-4-2 again especially an away game , I can't remember the last time we played well using that formation . Given the circumstance yeah it's a good point but we could've extended the lead at the top by more . Last few games we've relied on late goals to get points . Some might look at that as a positive ( grinta ) but we just can't keep on relying on late goals to save our asses .
Motta and Jallet look good pair together on the right side 4-4-2 is a joke at least we got one point psg looked like crap today ALLEZ PARIS!
we looked pretty cracked out there nene is still an important player at PSG i think we can bounce back soon who are we playing next?
Coupe de France LIVE ON ESPN3.com !! [LINEUP-4-3-3] Nené, Gameiro, Jallet, Matuidi, Menez, Bodmer, Armand, Lugano, Camara, Biševac, Douchez, [/LINEUP-4-3-3]
Matt , it's Motta that's playing not Matiudi . Same old same old as far as this game is concerned . We struggle to keep a lead and can't score when we are on top . Pathetic
There goes our most realistic chance of winning something . Carlo obviously is thinking about the game against Bordeaux but if we fail to win the league then what a disaster it'll be
What did you guys think of Lugano in yesterdays match. It was his first start in four matches. Glad to see him back but he still wasn't at his best. Any thoughts?
perhaps not at his best but his best outing for PSG i've ever seen and by far. the yellow for jallet was not undeserved but pointless. the yellow for pastore was for excessive physical contact with the referee. turpin seems to have shot his wad. at the beginning of the season he was the boy wonder but the last two matches i've seen him officiate he was poor, and you know i'm always very understanding with the patrouille. the penalty against umtiti was massively unfair, but he missed lovren's shirt pull on lugano, and he missed a lot more than that. his 15 minutes may be up.
Yeah it was the best I've seen him for PSG too. I don't get why Lugano hasn't been playing so well. I really hope he shows what he's really worth. He such a better player than what he's been showing this season so far. His last outing for Uruguay he played a full 90 and was great. You think it's nerves since he's at a bigger club? Also that non call on the pull of Lugano was such BS.
Lyon surprised e during the first half, they have put a lot of agressivty and had a lot of the ball. It's probably it's best half I've seen from Lyon this season. At the HT, Lyon deserved the lead. Douchez could have done better on Kallstrom's free kick, though. However, the second half was totally different, PSG was outstanding in the second in the half, movements everything was good except that PSG didn't get to score. The entrance of Pastore changed a lot of things. He's not only a leader in terms of skill but is also taking his responsabilities in terms of attitude and mental as we've seen against Caen and Lyon. For once, Gravelaine was right, it's not the kind of performance that makes you worried about the future of PSG. This team has the fighting spirit with, for example, Sirigu who is going nuts near the end of the game. This team has something special.
