Hi Guys, Sorry if this shouldnt be a new thread. I purchased a pair of boots of Prodirect Soccer, and now the price is $60 dollars cheaper. Will they adjust the price after its shipped? if they say no, cant i just return them and get them at the better price? Has anybody done this? Thank you.
Surely they just give you a voucher to the amount of your original order, unless you're in the UK by the time you return them and pay for the new shipping you won't be saving much anyway.
Im not hoping to return it, i would just like the difference of the cost refunded to me, or even in a gift card for future purchase would be fine as well. Hoping someone can shed light on that.
id say no. if they did refund you it would be for the cheaper price of $60 less. soo theres no point.
The only thing you can do is buy a new pair from them at the discounted price then return the first pair you bought for a full refund. Why would they give you a discount ? or a gift card? rofl If I buy SFII's for $240 and now they're $140, they aren't going to give me a 100$ gift card......
Either do that or call/email and ask. They should adjust it if you JUST ordered them. I've had this happen with other online stores and they always adjust it.
If its within a few days of purchase, then theres a chance they will return the difference. I dont think theyre obligated to, but some companies (like Eurosport for example) are known to do this. Some might have policies protecting themselves from having to. Definitely worth a try.

There is no US number, you'll have to call them on the UK number, standard international charges apply.
