It's awfully rich to hear about Boca paying the refs when that piece of garbage just ignores a blatant and clear penalty in the 90th minute for Tigre. Keep playing the victim riBer.

To claim that was a penalty merely shows total bias.Even Araujo and co admit it was nothing and they are hardly River fans.We arent victims but you arent called Sportivo Penal for nothing.

Araujo is a boca fan, if he admitted its not a penalty, then its not.

They also completely ruled out a chances for Sanchez when he was 3 (not exaggerating) 3 yards off sides.

Then you had a clear red card on Javi Garcia who took out Lanzini (or was it Keko?) that would have been a red any where in the field, yet as the goalkeeper it wasnt...

keeping dreaming bosteros, not even Ole or TyC sports or any of the pro-boca outlets are discussing this

Plus how can boca fans talk about penalty appeals when there was a game where river had 11 penalties turned down????

The funny thing is, i was talking with a huracan fan and an independiente fan last night, and they both told me that river is the biggest club... everyone but the bosteros see they never existed before macri bought championships! SIN MACRI Y SIN LA CORRUPCION NO EXISTEN

Add to that, Schiavi should've been sent off and just got away with a yellow card for the 136843264th time, and it seems that Somoza finally renovated his liscense to foul anybody and get away with it.

Even worse however are the thugs at your club Andres attacking and robbing its own property. The defeat against Racing is only an excuse to attack the bravest President in Argentina. As a Passarella supporter known for his courage I only wish he had the huevos of CANTERO UN HOMBRE DE VERDAD

Possibly it was them, but who knows? Maybe they were Racing people, it has happened before, like Avellaneda's clubhouse has been victim of paintings, windows breaking and whatnot, same with the stadium, when it was about to be opened Racing people broke in and threw sky blue paint around.

Fu(king bullshit that here in the US, Mario and i can't watch Newell's-Tigre live because the AFA has chosen to play 2 games at the same time. Of course River is goung to get the nod on TyC Sports international feed.

No way i can wait til 6 to watch the delayed game.

    Pelotudos todos...

And of course Newells vs Tigre is the much better game, featuring the first place team against a team that is struggling but always attempts to play good football. But on the bright side, watching River is always good for its comedic value.

There is always a stream :). Watch most of games like this anyways. If not on Gol then it has to be this.

Well, decided to clean out the gutters as I waited for the game, while trying to check the River score saw the 0-0 NOB score line.

Now I CAN wait to watch that one...

    Mario:

I hear you, I know there is always a stream, but the only reason I still have FIOS as opposed to Brighthouse/Time Warner is, literally, because of TyC, which Brighthouse does not carry.

Then fu(king AFA decides to double up games on Sunday. So while I'm ok with watching Union-Independiente, I'd rather watch Colon-Velez, so I can actively root against Velez. But no!!

Anyway, hope you boys are enjoying your respective Sundays..

This type of rankings almost feels unnecessary, I mean I get that La U and Boca have been at or around the top of their respective tournaments/Copa Libertadores but its simply wrong to sy theyre better teams than everyone in the world except Barcelona.

plus Boca fans are still finding ways to be unhappy, I get that Falcioni can make things a little rough on the eyes occasionaly but shit, at least wait until the results stop coming to turn on the guy.

Exactly. And considering that Barcelona plays in a mickey mouse league, I would say Boca should clearly be ahead of them as well.

I did watch Boca. Not pretty, but hell, can't win them all.

I also watched earlier some little team that just came back from la B. Interesting that they do pretty good on the road but cannot win at home in front of their fans. :D

Not all that interesting, really. You can understand if "home" conjures up a lot of trauma. You can never be sure when a riot might break out.

Looks like Chucky had a hat-trick for him today for Velez. Young talented player, glad to see him continue to grow. Speaking of Velez, I hope our friend Cosmos and his family are okay him being in Queens and all.

Does this mean we can't sing "de que barrio sos san lorenzo" anymore?

In other news, shocking stuff involving Teo Gutierrez. Could he actually return to Racing after the way he left?

    http://www.clarin.com/deportes/Puede-volver-Teo-Avellaneda_0_813518846.html

Not only did he pull a gun (allegedly) on Saja, but he was photographed wearing a River jersey while watching Junior play... How would the Racing fans handle him?
