I believe Philly is the only team with a actual academy. They do the whole nine like schooling, training etc. which I hope all teams one day will do. We get to mold our own style of players from the ground and build this teams mentality into it. Houston/Texas is a hot bed of talent and we should be on the fore front along with Dallas taking these kids under the brand and bringing them up.

Dom thinks that a pro team is essential to the growth of our league and every team should implement one asap. It will be more competitive for the years ahead and eventually more fans. I dont know if you know but the MLS is 10th in the world in league attendance. lets keep that going!!
