Premijer Liga Prediction League - 2011/12 Half-Season (Spring)

Ok guys, this is the thread for our first edition of the Premijer Liga Prediction League. It is just for the second half of the season which starts in March, but if it is a success, it will become a regular thing in the Bosnian section. This is more like a trial league to see how it goes and if it becomes popular enough.

RULES:

The participants have to predict every match of every round from when the season restarts to when it ends. If you predict a victory and you're correct, you will get 3 points. If you predict a draw and you're correct, you will get 2 points. Basically no one should get end the league with zero points unless you join and don't make any predictions. If you forget to make a prediction of a match or even a round, I will automatically deduct 2 points from your current total score. All the points will be tallied up at the end of the season which is in late May and I will announce the winner soon after.

PRIZES:

The top three in the prediction league at the end of the season will get their own E-Prize or in the winner's case, a E-trophy. Fourth and fifth will get an honorable mention, but no prize for them. The rest end with nothing in their hands and will have their chance to go again next season, if this becomes popular enough in the first place.

PARTICIPATIONS' DEADLINE:

Everyone who wants to participate in this season's Premijer Liga Prediction League should just add their name in a post below and will be accounted for as soon as the league starts. The deadline for all the users who want to participate is on January 25, so you have another three weeks to join up or you won't be able to participate.

Hope it becomes popular enough for it to live on in our section guys! Join up if you're interested!

Knowledge is different from being a prediction king though.

There's this guy called Bosnian Diamond, he know's his sh*t about the BPL. He's a tough matchup.

Eurostick, stfu lol. I can't consider you the biggest balija if you keep this form up.

What do you guys think? I have two ideas for this league;

1) All the participants just predict matches for every round. A table is updated for each round with all the rules factored in and the tallies all counted up.

Or

2) If we have an even amount of members, I set up a matchup each round between every user and the loser goes out while the winners move on. If not that, then we do the matchups and we have group tables instead of just one big group. Top 2 move on to the next round.

I think we should make (assuming we get around 12 members) 3 groups with 4 teams each. Then, the top team from each group plus the best second place go to the semifinals, tand then finals.
