Rampone needs to stop trying to run up the sideline and get into the attack. Especially when the opposing team is right in the center of your half.

29' 1-0 Scotland break and cross midfield right. USA block it back for a throw-in.
30' 1-0 Scotland right throw-in, switch to the left. Vertical pass toward box top left dies in grass, Rampone collects it. Scotland harass well, USA can't pop it out. The video feed cuts away from live action for 20'' to show a wave orbiting the stands. Scotland, we hear, continue to press ...

    31' 1-0 USA ping keep-away across midfield.

Press scores goals. That is what she has done at every level. Such a shame she never got a chance earlier.

31' 2-0 USA spring up the left, flick outward to Heath at 25m wide left. Heath taps to box top wide left, curls a cross to 7m 6-right. Christen Press judges it better than the LCB(?), leaps and heads it softly over her, across the goal mouth and into the left back edge.

Fantastic ball by Heath. I love how O'Hara, the left back, was in the goal watching Press' header cross the line.

This solidifies the end to A-Rod's national team career.
But congratulations to her in starting her new chapter.

35' 2-0 Scotland free kick from 30m mid-left, for an inadvertent handball. Curled badly to box top center with no away blue shirts anywhere near it. Wambach heads it out.

37' 2-0 USA push toward box top, but Scotland hoof it to circle back. USA fouls.
37' 2-0 USA regain ball at own box top, send Boxx(?) up left touch at midfield. She tries to curl a perfect 40m pass into Morgan's centerline run, not even close, ball dies at 12m mid-left as Faye comes out to gather.

Nothing's set in stone, but Press is definitely making a strong case to take Rodriguez' spot.

Morgan is done for the day. No doubt about that.
Probably won't play in the next game.
