Sarkodie has really stepped up as of late.

I'm sure KC and their fans will be amped for Wednesday. It would be great to get a goal. Looks like we will see how fit some players are.

The Dallas trolls are coming out of the woodwork on the web tonight. They must be bored, considering the season has been over for them for a while.

The other day I was going to light up the bat signal to rustle him out of his hiding place. Decided to let him appear on his own next time we lose 5 straight.

PS - I disagree that all KC BBQ is sht. Try the burnt ends sandwich at Fiorelli's Jack Stack. it's legit.

Nope, she is on crack! Honestly I felt bad for the girl, she should have quit after two as her second one was already weak.

We travel to KC and hang out in their Supporters Bar with them. KC fans and supporters have been very civil and cool. Though I'm sure you can always find something or other to get upset about.

You know -- if you think not socializing is a way to decrease bad behaviour I think your just plain wrong. When we meet and get to know each other we are more likely to behave civilly with each other.

Anyone who loves soccer is my friend. I just cannot fathom at all the idea that I should not socialize with someone because they live in a different town and support a different team.

Further there is absolutely nothing about building false animosity towards other team's supporters that is defending your colors.

I got trash thrown at me at KC. They yelled racist remarks at us. I'm sure JC507 and redinthemorning have a whole different view on what happened in KC. You hung out with people in the nice seats. We travel as a group and were treated like shit. I will not welcome ANYBODY from KC. I am judging their whole fan base on the actions of around 50. That's the way I am. Supporter Groups have ALWAYS lived by a different code. I'm a purist when it comes to that.

I've had shit said to me in KC as well. I let it roll off my back and try to make friends.

I've been spit on and had hard objects thrown at me in Azteca along with the verbal berating. But I don't hate Mexican fans because of it. We need more civility -- not less.

I don't find anything pure about this code you reference....

You have to decide the best way for you to enjoy your football. I respect that. Don't socialize with other teams supporters. Fine by me.

But the point is you have called out and insulted those of us who approach it our way. Why do you demand that we live by "your code?"

Supporter Groups live by these 3 main rules:

    1) Never turn your back on your team.
    2) Do NOT SNITCH.
    3) Do NOT MINGLE with opposing supporters on GAME DAY.

If it was easy being a part of a SG then EVERYBODY would technically be a member. I'm not judging what anybody else does. If you want to hang out with Dallas and SKC fans and aren't part of an SG, then that's your prerogative. I don't give a ********. I do care when a SUPPORTER GROUP AS A WHOLE does it.

BTW. Yellow cards are accumulating for the Dynamo. This could be real problem should the Dynamo advance. Depth will be cruicial.

    How is Taylor?

Not in an SG but I've read a bunch of crap about people in KC asking people to show green cards etc. And then there was the infamous young "lady" giving players the finger after the goal last year. Screw that "we're all soccer fans" stuff. There are idiots everywhere and I don't blame you for feeling the way you do.

It isn't MY code. It's a code that was created by tradition. I'm not judging you, DonJuego, you spend $100+ on a game ticket and drive from Austin. You can buy them all flowers for all I care. It's Texian Army, Brickwall, La Bateria, and El Batallon members hanging out with opposing fans that pisses me off. There are literally hundreds of thousands of Ultras, Barra Bravas, and the such that would agree with me and know where I'm coming from.

I'm saying all of this knowing that this board is run by the same people that I'm insulting, Texian Army. I went up to CougarClaws and made a comment about it. He's a ********ing great guy...he has his bad moments but we all do. I'm not just talking behind people's backs or ********ing talking shit. This just honestly rustled my jimmies. There are others that agree with me. At least the purists do.
