Just realized the way I wrote it made it sound like they are trying to get rid of him. The rumors going around is that one side or the other wants him to get playing time. If it is true, it makes you wonder why they did not just send him to Pittsburgh. If I had to speculate, they may see the USL Pro level as being too low for him and want him in NASL. The clubs that were mentioned were Tampa Bay Rowdies and OK City Energy, both of which play in NASL.
To Pittsburgh? Would we get back any of the other plays that may help now vs later? Ownby? JJ? He needs to play to see if he can keep up with this speed of play here in the states. Gotta hope he can make it happen but we need to find out sooner than later. I hate the feeling that this team is loaded with folks not being used!! Sorry, still upset about last night! I'll be fine on Sunday wearing orange and praying for a win.
I guarantee if they loan him out to the NASL or USL at least one story referencing "hey, look what Dom Dwyer did for SKC last year!!" when he's far more likely to come back at an Anthony Obodai level (obscure Dynamo reference alert)
