This is the 5th game of the year and the 2nd road game.

In my mind, they have to get 5 pts. in the next 3 road games. But my heart says they get all 9 pts.

The Dynamo do not usually win on the road. 3 points in 3 matches.

I'm going to the Philly and the NYRB game so I hope they can at least get a win at one of those two.

Lucky you that you get to travel to see games. Im jealous.

You should go see this game, we should win it. Did New England really lost to DC? New England is struggling this year (again).

Prediction: Bruin will score again against this bad team and we will be lead to believe that we don't have a forwards problem. Sunshine police will come show us that we were wrong, trust Dom, drink the koolaid, you are a bad fan for criticizing your team, etc.

I had a previously planned trip for this weekend so the scheduling Gods screwed me, I will not be at this game. I think HungryJack will be if anybody else is going.

Hate to say it, but I don't see this one turning out well unless the Horst red is rescinded. I like Cochran, but Taylor has been a train wreck and I don't see a rookie as being ready to cover for that wreck the way Horst has done.

Not sure what Davis' injury status is but I'll go out on a limb after his tweets this week and say that he is not playing on turf on that ankle.

Thinking what we will probably see is a more defensive oriented midfield like last year - Clark and Creavalle in the middle. Boniek back to the right, Driver on the left. Wide gap between the midfield and the forwards, little linkage and few opportunities.

No way that back line keeps Fagundez under control all night.

    Hope I am wrong.

    Seems legit. 4-2-2-2

    ------Bruin--Barnes
    Driver-------------Boniek
    ----Warren?--Rico
    Ashe--JT--AJ--Sarkodie
    ----------Hall

I do like Carrasco as well at LDM. He is pretty tenacious in breaking up plays.

late show! been telling you guys seen the January scrimmages that the CBs were a bigger concerned for me than what Bruin was going to do in 2014. wait until one of the outside backs gets injured for awhile. then we really will be in deep doo-doo.

come back @troutseth! i love you man.

To be fair, many people have been worried about the CB spot since Cameron left. We have been shallow at that spot for a few years. We have struggled finding a CB to replace ERob, Cameron. We even saw Warren play CB with disastrous results....

    Where is @troutseth ?

I wrote out 5 concerns way back at the start of camp. 3 of them were the center backs, depth at fullback and forwards ability to score goals.

With Horst available and Brunner healthy, I feel okay about the center backs. The other two spots continue to concern me though.

...and that's huge for me. if a teams best CB options are Horst and Brunner then i sumise that team will be in trouble against the better teams in the league. i'm not saying that either are terrible players, they are not. i'm saying they would of been great compliments to a very good MLS CB (which in our case is Mr. Taylor <=== uff).

    come back Andy Hainault!

    In for the suffering :|.

Also I doubt that red card is rescinded and Davis is day to day for those curious.

I'm with you on Brunner. Never wanted to see him start when people suggested he might. To me he is not an MLS quality starter but is serviceable as a back-up. Horst, on the other hand, like many right now I have a man crush on him.

It's all one piece to me. If we could depend on Bruin to finish some of the many chances he gets, we wouldn't need to worry about keeping a clean sheet every week. Or if the defenders actually COULD keep a clean sheet almost every week, we wouldn't be so concerned about our limited goal production.

As it is, we can't score OR defend, which kinda sucks!

I pissed him off with my negativity and I feel like kaka because he was one of my favorite posters. Meanwhile Westside keeps coming back like the herpes. I owe troutseth a 6-pack.
