long range forecasts were calling for more rain later in the week. I have a feeling tonight might be less crowded, with a late Sunday night start and the bad weather.

Let your first go at a Dynamo game night experience be our traditional Saturday night. Kickoff at 7:30 and if you stay after to socialize with new friends or the like it will not effect you if you have to get to work early the next day like midweek or Sunday night fixtures. More so if you like to perhaps have a pint or two pre or post footy match.

Agreed. Saturday night is the most-attended games. Although I went to the last weeknight game and the stadium was still pretty full.

Bill Hamid ejected. This should be in the bag.

Great win. Loved seeing Boniek score. Its safe to say he likes being here. It was like watching a kid on Christmas morning after he headed that one in. Ching nets number 2 and Bruin puts another in for the season. I know we were up a man but business is business. We need goals and W's not shutout ties and losses. Gotta climb the table baby

Well if the Stoke deal falls through we've finally found our defensive 5. Loving this combo.

Dynamo looked good from the start and the PK/Red pretty much decided it right there. The second goal before the half was the dagger IMO. DC sort of mailed it in during the second half, except for Mr. Cruz.

Anno actually got that call right. I hate the GK getting sent off for "last man" challenges in their own box but Hamid lunged out there and really chopped Kandji pretty good. Not every ref will call a GK PK a red but in that case it was warranted.

BTW, the beleagured Corey Ashe put Kandji in with that ball.

Was Robbie Russell distracted during the game? We got in over the top of him a bunch in the first half.

Defense was solid, but once again, 75 minutes of 11 v 10 isn't the best test (although the Dynamo usually struggle a man up).

I really liked what we did on offense and better finishing (damn it Kandji, get over the ball and keep it down) and luck and we could have had 7. Good movement, agressive passing,

Boniek Garcia is very quick and good on the ball. Camargo stepped up his game tonite.

Great 3 points, big week upcoming, just remember we had the man advantage for most of the game.

It's not going to fall through, even if it does Cameron is gone to Schalke or somewhere else. Nevertheless we will do well regardless.

Great win all around. Even though we had a man advantage the players were hustling, we bossed the midfield, JT shut down DeRosario.

Yup agree with Westside's last paragraph. Would of like to see how 11 v. 11 would of played out, but I'm not going to complain about the easy 3.

Thought this was Kandji best game so far and this sealed up his place in the starting lineup. Looks to be Ching, Carr, Weaver, Watson, Sturgis, Moffat, Crevalle in CCL group play.

First time I ever go to a Dynamo game and I really enjoyed it.
Everything about the stadium looks very promising, hopefully that area develops nicely.

To me the four that stood out were Kandji, Taylor, Boniek of course, and Carr as a sub.

    Kandji came to kill.
    Taylor is a rock.
Boniek pwned the DCU left back again and again and again and...
Carr even when the game was done brought it. Should have scored. Like to see guys still work it even 3-0 up.

    In this photo album,

They still don't know how to make BBVACompass Glow Orange after a Victory, I take a blurry photo, we discover the obstructed viewing seats, and Geoff Cameron forgives Danny Cruz of all his sins

Thanks guys just got back from the game - great atmosphere.. was actually my second Dynamo game.. went to a Chivas USA / Puebla-Pachuca Superliga double header a couple of years ago, but was my first Dynamo MLS game at the new stadium. Really liking the new stadium and the atmosphere inside, thinking of going to the KC or Montreal games - do u think that'll have similar/more/less crowd than tonight?

KC game - probably less people since it is a midweek game

Montreal - probably more people since it is a Saturday game

Look at the smirk on the cop's face. Even he is happy to see Garcia score and he probably isn't a Dynamo fan
