Kocic has been killing us these last two games

It should be 1-0 TFC. Avila really messed up the excellent penetrating ball from Johnson.

Two corner kicks and nothing. Hoo boy...

Even Dunfield made an effort on the first one (shocking!).

Only thing I can say is: at least it wasn't as bad as Sergio Ramos' penalty

Has Johnson become our new Chad Barrett? Two quality chances for goal and nothing to show for it.

These RSL play by play guys.. omg .. Here's what they got. Color guy with a voice so high and annoying, he sounds like he's been snuffing helium. Lecturing, lecturing, lecturing. Has said 'just not good enough' about 10 times. Self-ordained greatest mind in soccer.

The play-by-play guy occasionally refers to the play, almost reluctantly.

a good half in open play, you'd have to say. Avila was on fire the first 25 minutes.

Surprisingly Avila looks pretty good at left wing.

What a deflating last two games. Our last bastion of hope, Torsten Frings, has shown us that he is in fact human and that he too, is not perfect.

Except that Johnson has multiple goals between league and CCL play, so no.

That was a good half from TFC, we miffed the set piece leading to the goal but we got right back into it.

We shouldn't've had Frings take the penalty, though, should've been a striker, someone who's used to scoring in a close-to-the-net scenario.

I'm especially enjoying that he doesn't try to dribble through 6 opponents at a time with his teammates standing around in the box.

And ... the play by play guy talks in a monotone, and sounds as excited about the $5 coupon at Mr Sub and other cheap ass promotions as the game..

And that is why Avila is SO important. Why did it take so long for him to start playing?

Mute those RSL jobbers and turn on the FAN 590/Gol TV Canada audio. Thomas Rongen's doing a good job on colour.

    Better than Iarusci?

Avila seems very upbeat too.. when Frings missed his PK, Avila patted him on the back.

Avila almost had another one if not for the bar. I'm liking this.

Like Serioux says, I'm surprised they look this fresh at this altitude.
