We have a few decent defenders and we took our chance, great result.

There may not be a team at the World Cup with a greater disparity between technical ability and technical awareness than us.

    Impressive result.

NZ are shaping up as a danger team in their group.

Excellent stuff, woolies - good to see you pulling a win against Serbia. Let's hope we can replicate this against them in our group game :)

Great warm up game, looks like we are on course for the tournament.

Reid and Smith looks real contenders to side with Nelsen in the back three instead of Sigmond and Vicelich.

Wood had a solid outing up front. All four forwards are getting up to speed. Killen must be a bit sweating under the collar for leaving to get married in England. [btw congrats Killen]

Next time, potential players check whether there is any big football tournament that NZ might turn up in a year before you plan a wedding eh?

Hope Tim Brown will recover form the plate surgery on his humerus bone in time for WC and McGinchley hamstring is sorted for next warm up game.
