Is the FC Cup anything like the FA Cup?

    Oooohhh, eight caps!!!

Eight caps? How many more than eight? Was eight such a staggering number that they stopped counting?

The Rapids signed an injured guy. Good move.

Thank God for Colorado or we (Dallas) might not make the playoffs.

You know, these unattributed stories on mlsnet are pretty cheesy - but I have never read anything so asinine as calling the Rapids the "Black and Blue".

Can we please put an end to this forced nick-name crap (black and red, red and black, all-blacks, all-yellows, forest and yellow - where will it end?) For f***s sake - they're the Rapids. Call them the f**ing Rapids. A high school paper sophomore can write better. No one else calls them this ***************. Geez. It doesn't have to be this hard.

Here's the reason to hope that the 'Pids sign Beckham. ANY extra matches at Dragon Stadium is a severe negative.

It's hard to forget it, what it with being sung with such passion during ever Nats match.

Didn't Powell score on the Nats in the friendly with Derby in '99?

I love how his career begain in '98, yet he scored in Cup game in '92 and helped Derby win promotion in 95/96.
