    It also helps that coinciding with the new security measures, the price of tickets to the football in England has skyrocketed pricing out the poor lower class hooligan fans.

    the key to your statement is "in matches". the firms take it outside. my point is that had old bill had the real deal in the 70's when the firms really started to kick off then the firms wouldn't have begun to kick off.
