AODC has some fun things we are considering to implement this year to initiate more get-togethers with fellow members. First, we are thinking of hosting a MLS Fantasy League this year, with stats being kept for straight points, a custom head-2-head league as well as a possible league FA Cup-style tournament using our fantasy rosters. The winner of the league by points would receive the George Washington Cup. The winner of the league using head-2-head points (3 points for a win, 1 point for a draw, 0 points for a loss) would receive the Capitol Cup. The winner of the FA Cup-style tourney would receive the RFK Cup. Finally, we are interested in possibly hosting a FIFA '10 tournament at Molly Malone's a couple times this year. The winner of these tournaments would be the holder of the Molly Malone's Cup. AODC is also investigating other opportunities to get together, but for now, I wanted to gauge interest in MLS fantasy or a FIFA tournament.
