Hello Portland Timbers fans. I'm going to the game tomorrow but I'd like to watch the US game at 5 right before. Curious if there is a good bar near the stadium that will be showing the game or even a bar in the stadium that might show the game. Basically the best course of action to see both games. Thanks in advance.
My plan is the Bitter End, a block away from the northwest entrance. It's on the corner of Burnside and NW 20th Ave. But it may be crowded with TA folks, so you might consider a back up plan, maybe the Marathon Taverna two blocks down Burnside at NW 18th Ave, or the Kingston a half block up SW Morrison from the corner of NW 20th Ave. Say hello! I'm about 6'5" and will be wearing a red US jersey.
