Ding, ding, ding! We have a winner. Pompeyrob, there is no need for abuse and such. Nobody on here was ripping on your team or your fans. Simply the argument started because of your thoughts on the media and what they said about the incident. Your team won, no one is taking that away. Now try to be a little classier in your thoughts and words. It might not make people think you are a fool. We will see what happens to your Beanie Babies when they come to Craven Cottage later this season.

Powder, you`ve got a point mate. Perhaps there is room for a few smiley things at the end of some of my posts. Reading through the thread again I admit some of my posts verge on the aggressive.

But when I`ve had people on here - who don`t know what their talking about - trying to tell me that what I`m saying is garbage, I start to get annoyed - especially after a few beers late at night. :)

How I type on here is how I speak. I`m a working class bloke in the construction trade - and throwing a few ********s into the conversation is normal to me!

But I`ll hold my hands up and try harder in future for the sake of our middle class soccer loving American cousins ! :) FFS!

Ronnie mate, I`m glad you`ve finally come round to my way of thinking! :)

I`m sorry I`m not classy enough for you Ronnie - its just that people like you, around where I live, tend to like rugby! Is there an American rugby forum?
I`m sure you`d like the jolly banter on it! - And they`re really clever n`all! :)

Yes, we`ll see what happens against the cottagers later on the season.
And the away end will be packed to the rafters with Pompey fans as usual!
(does it still hold 6,000?) - as opposed to a couple of hundred huddled in the corner! :)

It`s been fun! They won`t let me put anymore smilies in! FFS!

Ian my friend, I totally agree! :) And they should put mattresses all around the pitch aswell - and players should wear helmets and loads of padding for extra protection! FFS! :)

I am not getting it PompeyRob. What did I do or say which makes one believe that I am into Rugby? I am guessing you do not like Rugby. Whatever pal. Enjoy yourself. No need getting all fired up for the comments and such you have made. Check you later dude!

Now Pompeyknob is attempting to gain some respect back by adding sarcasm to posts. Not going to work. This thread is done, you've ruined it rob, thanks for nothing. :)

As long as you realize that you are responsible, I'm satisfied. What about you fellas?

Look, just having some fun with you. Man, you are the second guy in the last week to take things way too seriously and then personally attack everyone in this thread.

The way you can avoid these situations is to stick to the topic and don't personally attack everyone who disagrees with you. Oh, and lay off the beer for a little while.

On a lighter note I do believe this is the longest thread in the history of the Pompey forum.

    - the first man being you, right?!

You`re not exactly whiter than white in the personal attacks department are you Mike! :)

If some-one calls a fellow Pompey fan a prick then perhaps I don`t want to "avoid the situation and stick to the topic."

And I`ve never met a football fan who`s disapproved of beer either!
If it wasn`t for beer then this thread would of ended 25 posts ago! FFS! :)

On another positive note, he has also made me realise that the line between a clown and a troll can be very, very thin.

    Great game this was.

And the way I saw the incident was, Volz went into the crowd, Pompey fan looks at his 88 year old dad has blood all over his face, reacted, as any person would, if they hadn't seen it. The fan then said to Volz "look look look what you did." Volz then did appear to try to hit the fan. So I don't really blame the fan for not shaking his hand.

Then he blabbed to the Media about bad ground. Well, it's happened many times before and no trouble. He was the odd one out! And why should Fuller apologize?? Grrrr.

    Ricardo Fuller (clap, clap, clap)
