saw the chi'lantro truck today at the new food truck park on highway 6... they put it where a old used car dealership was. right south of memorial dr on highway 6
Verdict? Did you like the food truck? Is it a fun destination or just a "pick up and take it home" type of place? Are there places to sit down? My fat butt misses its comfy leather sofa.
In my opinion, I like the truck. At the Dynamo games it's a fun destination only because you can take your food into Little Woodrows. But if you buy a drink from the truck you cannot go into Little Woodrows. So I grab my food at the truck and my beer at Woodrows. I've only seen Chi'lantros at one other place, Rice Village. At that location it was just a place to buy food. There was two small tables to stand and to eat at (ie not any chairs to sit in), but the size of the table was very small compared to the line of people they were serving.
