Well, hope we can finally get a win... (But hey, if we keep losing, maybe we end up in an exciting relegation battle with the Mackems? J.K.)
that was an " I GOT it, I got, I got...no YOU get it" moment. With Williamson ending up as the fall guy
We are all over the place at the minute... what the f*ck has happened, this should have been put to bed in the first half.
That's been my question since the win streak ended. Maybe we can invite Chelsea up to St James for a quick exhibition game. Kick start our confidence again.
One of the most mind-numbing performances I can remember. Then again, I have a concussion so everything is mind-numbing right now.
Sorry to hear about your concussion. Get well soon! First half was awesome IMO, until we went 2-0 up. The whole bunkering to protect a lead strategy is iffy (although it occasionally works like in the game against Spurs or Chelsea's defeat of Barca in UCL a couple seasons ago.) But there was no need to play that way against West Ham. I agree we should have stayed on the attack against these f*ckers. No need to give them free reign on our side of the pitch like that. Side Note: Will it be weird for the Hammers to play in the 80,000 capacity Olympic Stadium a couple years from now if they've been relegated to the Championship?
