Yeah, I'm sure I saw someone on here buy rubber studs and put them in, havent seen where to get them from though. Also my Vapor's are from SportsDirect, even though they don't have them online in SG, worth a look in store cause they're considerably cheaper than Niketown/ProDirect.
sorry i forgot....my ankles will explode if the studs touch turf.... also david89 bought rubber studs for his sg ctr but apparently they hurt his back (wuss) aha
Yeh haha, Sports direct prices are too tempting but my season finishes early because a few teams have dropped out and i wont have school football because its the holidays, so ill be down to 5 aside on a friday night, which i just use my ctr trainers :\
i used these on 3g for ages until the heel cracked. how i see it is the metal studs are no different to the conical studs on tiempos etc. thats why i planned to put a bit shorter studs in the sg pros.
Yeah I've walked around in my SG-Pro's and you can't feel any pressure from the metal studs, not sure if I'd use them on 3G though. On my way to London now so should be able to answer the questions surrounding the NikeID vapors.
Agree, I've got constant knee problems after an injury on 3G turf. I was wearing blades though, the old Adidas style ones which are a barsteward at the best of times. Powercats are pretty good though, the like lateral placement of them means you don't get caught in the turf at all.
I've had no trouble with traction and I've mainly been wearing F50s on turf for the past year, I think it happened when a man fouled me, but playing on turf since them has definitely not helped! I know this is a tad off topic, but has anyone got any tips for keeping cricket splints up? Mine just keeps on falling down! appleCORR
Morning The Inspection Team have replaced the boots for you and sent them to your Aunts address. As we discussed previously we are unable to send product outside of the UK hence why we needed an UK address from you. They have replaced the boots with the NIKE MERCURIAL VAPOR SUPERFLY III, rather than the second version you returned. Kind Regards Dawn
White laces, bad choice. They get so messed up on the pitch, other than that they look fantastic. The upper looks similar to the E8 vapors.
Those are very nice. I bet over 75% of all ID orders will be black/white in some format. But will Nike listen the public and release blackouts or whiteouts on general sale. Nope. And now they know people will pay £30 extra for them I don't think yey ever will now
They look really good, got to agree though, I wouldn't of had white laces, would have tuck with some black ones. Nice boots though! appleCORR
Personally I'd go with black laces, and a black tick on the outside, and a large white one on the inside
