Had her about a month and a half. Nothing fancy, but it is a great truck.

It'll hold me over until I can afford the BMW.

not if you let dealer do it :D It would take about hour if I did it home then I'd still have to take it in to get tps reprogrammed. I rather pay $10, it's just pain in the ass to drive over with 2 cars.

This afternoon, I bought a new 2008 Audi A5 3.2 Quattro coupe. It's just an incredible car. Brilliant black with Milano beige leather. Loaded with nav system, Bang & Olufsen audio, premium package, and 6 speed Triptronic with paddle shifters.

I'm selling my 2007 Audi A4 2.0T. I love it dearly, but I had to jump on the A5 when one hit the lot this morning. They're very difficult to find right now. I guess I got lucky.

    Thanks to you both.

When I was with the salesman today, he really pushed the car to its limits. He sort of scared me for a bit on some curves, but he was German and was raised driving the Autobahn. Now that it's mine, I'm driving like a granny.

There are only three A5s on the road in the Triad metro (Greensboro, W-S, HP). The one I bought was ordered in advance by a local doctor, but it didn't come with the rearview camera he wanted. He backed out of the deal this morning (forfeiting a substantial deposit) and I stepped in to take it. I talked to him at the dealership today and thanked him for not buying it.

My Bimmer-obsessed friend has been complaining about all the 3-series he sees everywhere. I offered to sell him my 2007 A4 today. :p

I drove my A5 to meet a friend for lunch today. I swear I don't have much of an ego, but the car turned heads and got a lot of looks. I think the front LEDs draw some of the attention.

(Sorry about the poor quality of my recent photos. They're all taken with the camera on my phone.)

It's been raining today and will continue tomorrow. We need the showers, but I'm having to resign myself to having to drive to work in a less-than-clean A5.

I'll try to post some photos of the interior. In keeping with Audi's reputation, the A5's interior is absolutely first class.

And its also a completely different type of car.

I'm envious that you don't have to put a front licence plate on the car!

I'm envious of you europeans with the cooler style licence plates not the big rectangular block like ours.

Eh, even in places that have given a front and rear, I never put my front plate on. I'll keep it in the car, but never mount it.

indeed, in Ontario you're supposed to have a front one, my mom and her boyfriend are both cops, and they never pull anyone over if they don't have a front one. We are just a couple hours from the US border so the yanks that only have a back one could get busted, but dont.

Its the LEDs, ppl think its an R8 hahaha

Its the same thing with my angel eyes but to a lesser extent...Sometimes I gotta honk at ppl at the light cause their too busy being tripped out looking my angel eyes in their rear view mirror. I love the new LEDs on the new Audis..I love this idea.
