    the sub prime mess should clear thru the system by the end of q1 2009, so once that mess clears, the economy will pick up...

    now's a bad time to put money down, when you don't know if you'll have a job next week

    I think if you look around, you can find crapholes on the National Historic Landmark list. Making this list don't make your feces non-stinky.

    The only reason the school is on the National Historic Landmark list is so that the archdioses couldn't tear the school down in 1985.

    PS he forgot to mention the fact that the basketball court on the 3rd floor is about 10 feet too narrow and that you gotta shoot through the rafters
