I was planning on skipping this trip because I just do not feel like making it to NY. I always circle it on the calendar but just do not feel like it this year. Well now I have to go, thanks comcast.... They should bump the (I love em)the shitty Sixers. I cannot imagine they draw a bigger crowd than Union away game.... at NYRB (a REGIONAL rival, ill humor the RB fans not calling it a derby)

 

Apparently I do get that channel. Seems to be infomercials about 20 hours a day

 

At 9pm its "how to get suckers to continually give you their money" with special guest Nicky Sack

 

Living in what's considered to be Northern Central Jersey, I can watch the video feed on MSG. I'll turn the sound off and turn up Merrill Reese.

 

Yeah 5 minutes of Shep will send you to the insane asylum. A shame I can't overlay a radio PBP of the Union commentary over the NY feed.

FiOS Customers may soon be getting TCN in HD. No idea if soon is measured in days, months, or years. It will be great to see all the Union matches in HD.

I'll still be covering the Philadelphia Union, but I won't be working for the team any longer.

Thanks. It definitely wasn't easy. But I think the limitations of working for the team made me a better pundit. I think a lot of media people default to "this coach sucks", or "this player sucks".. I wasn't able to do that, nor did I want to, so it turned me into a 'glass half full' type of person. That's why I always focused on numbers and writing about the other team.
