    Ahora la sub20 no tiene compromisos oficiales hasta el sudamericano del 2013 en Argentina. Esperemos que no se duerman como siempre y mantengan el equipo en actividad con amistosos y torneos no oficiales.

    I read somewhere that he's already the 3rd highest paid coach in South America.

    And we know he's a good senior team coach but does that mean he knows youth player development? Those don't necessarily coincide.

    good move, tavarez also is in charge of all uruguayan divisions and they improved a lot.

    giving the senior coach that power is the way to go.

    I agree with KesOne. His priority should be the senior team in order to classify to the 2014 world cup. Although, I wouldn't mind el equipo tecnico de Markarian having a hand in managing our youth player development.

    No seria tecnico sino 'Jefe de Unidad Tecnica' (como el del parrillero Picerni que robo de lo lindo en el Peru). Osea que tendria un trabajo tipo de supervisor pero no tan directo como de entrenador. Si se puede y el Mago piensa que no perjudica al equipo mayor bacan.

    Javier Chirinos me parece un buen tipo con buenas intenciones pero lastimosamente no deja de ser otro argollero..

    Hay jugadores de Universitario que estan sobrando en la Sub20.

    so Ricardo LaVolpe is without a job, someone who is known for bringing up young talent, I wonder if he could be within our reach as a sub20 coach.

    We most definitively need quality leadership down there, year after year we have good raw talent wasted.

    with all the investment made in markarian i doubt they will bring on someone like lavolpe
