How the heck did Valencia lose at home against 9-men Zaragoza?? The first red card came in the 20th minute when Valencia was already winning.

Ref going nuts? Dunno. Depends on what LPB did/said. Haven't heard. I guess "solid reds".

    COME ON VILLARREEAALLLL!!

Villarreal playing super weak considering their 2-man advantage...

That said: a draw FT! Gap = 6 points = could say the league title race is "almost alive" especially so now that the pressure is starting to creep in.

He lost control of the game a bit. But:

    - The trainer had been thrown off in the past. You know he said something.
    - Ramos red card deserved.
    - Not sure what Ozil said, but he must have said something bad to get a straight red. Can't imagine red carding him for nothing.
    - Mourinho ... well you Mourinho said something. Not his first time either.

His big fuk up was not sending the Villareal player after giving him 2 YCs. That's pretty bad. He will get major heat for that.

Man, they must be going crazy next door -- it's all fixed, they want Barca to win, etc. etc.

Yeah man, I was hoping for a moratorium on referee talk for the remainder of the season on both sides...so much for that! :) Guess UNICEF, UEFA, and that Norweigan ref must have put a call in... lol

SENNA....you know, I love Villareal. First Cazorla, now Senna. Just watching all the reds and yellows coming out in furious fashion.

    ^ Yep. Good read.

Although, even with a now-small gap, it's still a gap in their advantage and six points is kinda nice to have + it's not automatic we win el clasico etc. (trying not to get carried away with hope: it's open now, but our chances are way smaller than theirs, still)

Sum: Was 10 pts just a moment ago, now 6. At least we're getting more thrill to Liga's matches rather than just watching "meaningless" final phase matches with the leader too far away to be caught.

Also: funnily enough, one could kinda feel it for C. Ronaldo tonight. He's doing all he can, while his teammates speak and tackle themselves to red.

One thing that may really help now is the fact that Ozil, Ramos, and Mourinho will be suspended for the next game (Sociedad at Bernabeu). Would have been nice if they were playing a tougher opponent, but anything can happen now.

LPB forum not delivering anything too golden (except the Vilmar one lol). They're just sensible: disappointed how their own team played and thinking ref wasn't super.

    Bring in Zahzah IMO.

Well, true. But they still have the squad to beat them (at paper) pretty comfortably.

lmao you guys should read youngstars87's posts in the Manunited Other teams thread. Hahah he is trying to convince everyone there the referee is our friend and hates them. Hahah god I love forums in moments like these.
