3-time All-Star, 3 Gold Gloves, switch-hitting 2nd Baseman with a career .290 and 28 HR and 370 stolen bases in 14 years in the Bigs, good depth guy behind Pedey, but I wouldn't pin our pennant chances on him

Disappointed to see the Law Firm head out of town. I really liked how he played here, I wish him the best. He's heading to Cincy.

Dates are now set ... I have no idea why they've scheduled three games in nine days.

The Rams game is in London, so they go from the West coast, to the East coast, to Europe in 3 weeks.

Also, this will be the 4th Thanksgiving game in Brady's career (2000, 2002, 2010, 2012), 5th for the the Pats (1984).

Will at least give the poor preseason commentators something to talk about for four hours. Lord knows the games will be incredibly boring.

Pats pick Chandler Jones, DE, from Syracuse. Just under 6'6, 266. They traded away (I believe the 27th and 93rd picks) to move up to 21.

    They should still have #31.

Pats move up again! Twice in one round. Dont'a Hightower, ILB from Alabama, 6'2, 265. Moved up from 31 to 25, and also give up the 126th.

As of now, the Pats only have two second round picks left for the rest of the draft.

    Like Hightower... a lot.

Jones I'm far less sold on.

The Pats have released Tiquan Underwood, but still have a log jam at WR:
    Wes Welker (unsigned)
    Deion Branch (re-signed)
    Chad Ochocinco (restructured)
    Julian Edelman
    along with free agent signings:
    Brandon Lloyd
    Anthony Gonzalez
    Donte Stallworth (2nd stint)
and now Jabar Gaffney (2nd stint)

Even though he restructured his contract, I still think Chad's days as a Patriot are numbered.

According to numerous published reports, the Pats have signed former Colts RB Joseph Addai.

Have to say, kinda excited for this season. Not 16-0 as someone predicted, but this could/should be a very good team.

Me too I saw 14-2 but no worse than 12-4. #1 or #2 seed.
