Props J. I borrowed the pic - looks pretty real - and posted it on the Arse forum.

Perusing a couple Arsenal forums I'm discovering quickly a lot of their fans are just as plastic and pathetic as the ones on the United forums.

I don't consider £5 million real money, Arse picked him up for free - what are they complaining for? They've got £50/£60 million in their warchest. LOL.

Whatup with all this RVP hate? It seems like their is a lot of downright disdain for Arsenal and their players on this board, lol. I know our hero PJS is the "Arsenal Assassin", but let's be real here. RVP is their captain, Park's not changing that. When healthy, RVP is a fckin problem. He scored 22 times and had 7 assists in 32-33 appearances last season. He's put up similar #'s his whole career. His goal/assist ratio per game is excellent. Park ( & Gervinho for that matter) have much more to prove to even be considered in the same class as RVP. Park's gonna need to develop a good chemistry with Gervinho and RVP if he wants to take his game to the next level. So they're not the ones he needs to worry about when it comes to PT. I'm simply hoping he can break into the first team this season, instead of being the 3rd or 4th striker playing Carling Cup matches for the next 2-3 yrs.

I wish Arsenal officials would say something.
I wonder if getting a work permit is delaying things until the last day of the deadline.
Maybe things will become official Monday in London time.

What I'm going on and on about is how people actually think Gervinho and Park are better than RVP. Check previous posts for yourself. I'm going on about how there seems to be a lot of hate for Arsenal without taking into account that if Arsenal fails these next two years, Park fails. Listen guy, it's my opinion, you got yours. If it bothers you, move along and skip my posts.

No you are misinterpreting our posts. No one said Park is better than RVP. There is valid reason to think Gervinho is/can be better than RVP. LOL. No one wants Arsenal to fail now that Park has joined them. LOL

Dude, I think we all understand that if Arsenal fail, PCY fails. That's why we had a series of posts about how to handle him being on a squad few outside of red&wite liked.

I think Gervinho has the capabilities to be as dangerous as RVP in time but clearly neither he or PCY are in that class yet, and even if they were, haven't proven it on the world stage.

    Take it easy man.

K maybe you didn't say Park was better. But I was merely addressing the fact that Park's really not competing with RVP for minutes. There is no competition when RVP is their captain and star player. As for Gervinho, that's your opinion, I respect it but I disagree. That's pretty much it.

I actually don't hate RVP at all. He smart, good at passing and has an absolute cannon of a freekick, it's just that he get injured way to much that it overshadows his attributes.
