Secondhand embarrassment (the worst kind of embarrassment). I didn't listen to the song, but just watching his movements and bobbing along is enough.

They want to win silverware on a budget. I can respect that but they don't look to win any trophies anytime soon.

I think the Dutch Debacle really did in whatever chance Arsenal had at keeping its captain. RVP realized that he was already 28/29 and had nothing to show for his career except for a lousy EPL Golden Boot.

I, for one, am delighted by his decision!

Why? You think Wenger will keep him as a "necessary" 4th option off the bench?

    Striker options:

Vela - going to be sold
Bendtner - going to be sold
Chamakh - going to be sold
    PJY
    Campbell - confirmed loan
    Podolski - new
    Giroud - new

Am I forgetting anyone else? Fck... PJY better start screaming bloody murder like Vela and Bendtner to gtfo of there...

That's not good for PCY. He needs to get out of there.

We'll probably have to wait until the last day of the summer window as usual.

Agent needs leverage. The better he does at the olympics, the more offers will come and more likely that arsenal will recoup some of their fees and be willing to sell him.

RVP not extending his contract at Arsenal.

RVP is getting old and Wenger would do best to cash in on him while he still can. In the meantime the club that signs RVP will sign him under the assumption they are signing the boy wunderkind but will have gotten a forward past his prime and will fail to recreate the same success he experienced at Arsenal. It parallels the same situation Wenger had with Henry, Hleb, Flamini, Vieira, etc. It's smart business. Wengernomics.

I just hope PCY doesn't get any ideas and thinks RVP going out means he will be in the starting XI because that's called being a delusional fool.

well he has 3 years left on his contract so of all the strikers arsenal have hoarded i could see him staying. he would be number 2 or 3 though unless poldoski and giroud cant play the lone striker well
