Then he suffers a hamstring injury forcing him out for a month and upon his return goes down in the 12' with a season ending ACL. After rehabbing diligently for several months with the help of the Arsenal trainers he is last spotted at Heathrow in his Korean Army uniform boarding a KAL flight to Seoul.

If RVP rests and Henry, instead of Park gets the nod, this thread should close until Park gets some string of games.

    7. SORT OUT THE STRIKERS
Last summer Wenger paid about £3million for the South Korean international striker Chu Young Park, yet he never plays. What's the point in having a striker on the bench if Wenger is fearful of putting him in the team? The Park deal just compounds the terrible record of Arsenal forwards, excluding RVP. Yes, it was amazing to see Thierry Henry return and score a winning goal in the FA Cup, but papering over the cracks is an understatement. The fact is, Arsenal had to loan a past-his-best club legend to cover up that Chamakh and Park are duds. If RVP gets injured, Arsenal are done for this season.

How to save this club - 10 Points

    1. ROTATE THE YOUNG PLAYERS TO AVOID BURNOUT
    2. TAKE A MORE POSITIVE STANCE ON TRANSFERS
    3. SHAKE UP THE BACKROOM STAFF
    4. STOP TALKING UP THE BUSINESS PLAN AND FOCUS ON THE FOOTBALL
    5. KEEP HOLD OF THE SUPERSTARS
    6. GET RID OF THE DEADWOOD
    8. WALCOTT NEEDS TO UP HIS GAME
    9. GIVE THE FANS SOMETHING TO SING ABOUT
    10. WENGER NEEDS TO GET TOUGHER

    Thus the lols. :D

I think its a huge risk to Wenger to rest RVP until Gervinho returns, since that means Henry will be too gassed to backup whoever is playing left.

I think its a bigger risk to lose RVP for more than 3 weeks.

I believe wenger's thinking might be:

    1. He stays healthy and helps us win, and if he doesn't take contract, earn a huge transfer fee.

    2. He gets hurt and is willing to take a more friendly contract.

And the alternatives are apparently so distasteful....

lol. maybe wenger will rush chamakh back though I read that he might be sick too.

Wenger will still find a way to avoid using PCY... thing will have to get even more dire methinks :)
