eating better is the bitch. I just don't have any will power. Well I haven't had a milk shake in over 3 days. Maybe more, but certainly not more than 8.

Went to Wal-mart for measuring cups. spent $79.00 - forgot the cups, had to go back.

Downloaded a bunch of tunes. Anyone heard of Paolo Nutini?

Randy - the more I hear the Verve, the more I like it.

Probably got shown on the parade of nations during the opening ceremonies. I didn't see it.

Off to Jersey for the weekend in the morning. You kids have play nice.

    Yup.

My HDTV is getting a workout from the opening ceremony.

Someone should tell Bob Costas less politics, more sports.

Yeah, that's why I turned it off. I watched about 10 minutes or so once the Steelers game was over, and just about every other country, they were talking about the political problems with that particular nature or whatever.

Some of the events are underway on the nbcolympics.com site.

I wouldn't survive in NY. Seems like everyone drinks coffee, while I'm jonesing for a Dr Pepper.

No caffeine for me since April 2.

Blood pressure is down, which is quality.

Truly the best opening ceremonies I have ever witnessed. Nothing can compare to the scope of these. Sublime and impressive.
