I think Pachuca got Tamudo because he is the only true poacher striker out of the entire group you listed. Pachuca is starting to look really good.

The Tamudo signing seems decent. He scored 8 league goals for a relegation candidate. http://www.rayovallecano.es/jugador/tamudo/32/ - I think he should have enough left in the tank for a decent season or two in Mexico. Even if he doesn't work out we have depth at striker.

I haven't been this excited for a Pachuca team in a while. First off Hugo at the helm, with a solid squad of veteran players and two promising prospects in Herrera and Bueno. Then maybe add Nery to all that, It's looking like good times to come.

Yup, Pachuca is starting to look scary good, they will be a must-watch team if they end up getting Nery as well. Who knows if Hugo Sanchez can handle the team though, he has a pretty big ego...

If Tigres do get Postiga that would be insane, he still has lots of quality, he's been tearing it up at the Euro!

Glad to have Nery on board. I don't think he'll ever regain his 2007 form but I hope he can at least be useful. Unfortunately though the noveleros in the Mexican press are going to have a field day with Hugo and Nery being on the same team, those envious bastards ought to be foaming at the mouth right about now.

    Postiga is Portuguese.

Haha yea, they spent the first ten minutes of Futbol Picante talking about Nery Castillo's "yo estoy en Europa" incident. Sheeesshhhh, that happened three years ago, give it a rest.

Hey! I'm not a Pachuca fan but these players are enough to make me want to watch your matches! Hope San Nery can do well there

El Mas Macho is enough to garner a ton of media attention.

Add Esqueda and Guishe to the shit category. Hopefully Nery, Tamudo and Bueno can pick up the slack.
