They need to play every game like it is a playoff game because in November they might need it. They need to go in the game knowing they can win but must fight for every ball.
Not too pleased with the lineup tonight. Seems like we're back to a 4-4-2, I just hope it isn't a flat 4-4-2. Why is Bruce "fixing" what isn't broken???
I don't know. Only 2 changes -- Keane and Jimenez for Sarvas and Jordan. Both are upgrades. Stick Donovan in the hole where Sarvas played last game and Jimenez in place of Jordan and that's probably our best starting XI. Also means Sarvas can become our first sub off the bench to provide more possession in the second half...
I think it all depends on how they play. A formation does not really matter, it is about the way the players play. If we keep the ball on the ground instead of using the long ball then we should have some success. I am really excited for this game!
Hey guys, I'm back!!!!! Sorry I've been MIA for a while. After Omar got injured during the off-season, Stu Holden found out he needed more rehab, and Benny Feilhaber got married, I kinda slipped into a soccer depression, cursing the world and detaching myself from all things futbol. Thank God for Klinsi and the "5-game tournament" to get me back on the know. When I've been away from BigSoccer for a bit and come back, only to find out my beloved Galaxy are in seventh..... SEVENTH place in the Western Conference, the only thing I have got to say is this: DAFUQ?!?!?! How in the holy fudgesicals could Bruce have allowed this to happen?? We are the back-to-back Supporters' Shield winners gosh darn it! We have Landon, David, Robbie, and Buddle all on the same roster. I know losing Omar was a huge blow, but still...... SEVENTH??????
