Are there any Revs supporters groups that may have popped up in other cities around the country?

    Does Nashua count as out-of-market?

Ha! I was thinking more along the lines of Atlanta or Charlotte.

After 1860, they don't get to be Revs fans.

Im moving to ATL next week or the week after. Ill know on monday when, hopefully its after the 24th. I found a soccer bar with the direct kick package. Thats gonna be my home base for Revs watching.

Combine that with I'm gonna spring for some Atlanta Silverbacks season tix for dirt cheap I should be able to get my soccer fix.

I was all set to buy Revs season tix this year but unfortunately "Revs Supporter" is not a very lucrative job. Ha!

Aside from Timber Joey, I think you'll find "Soccer Supporter" to be a poor career choice in the US.

Also, isn't it bullshit that the Silverback's jerseys aren't, for lack of a better term, silver

Gotta love Timber Joey! On the contrary, it is quite the opposite! In much the same way Netherlands is Orange even though the flag is red white and blue, or Italian Azzurri, Blue with area white and Green flag. I think it is culturally very strong that Silverbacks are red and black, just like Georgia Bulldogs & Atlanta Falcons! Red and Black are what comes to mind when you think Atlanta.

To that same note, I think the best Revs jerseys were the last incarnation that most closely resembled Patriots jerseys.

Achowat, you expecting a good crowd in Nashua? Im deciding which group I'm going out to watch the game, I'm thinking it may be easier to go to Nashua than to go to Prov or Boston, and also safer to sleep one off in the car up there! And also taking the back road up through the hood & woods oblivion that is the Fitchburg to Hollis NH scenic route is always fun...

We're looking at around 20 people right now which is not at all bad for this small bar, should be a lot of fun. :)

I'm a Boston boy myself, though I'm also considering making the pilgrimage to Gnashuagh, if only to mock the Riverhawks.
