I'm not counting them out, it's just that I don't believe that they are the same "Big, Bad, Scary Bayern" that people make them out to be.

Dempsey linked with Arsenal. If this happens where do you guys see him playing. He's been playing in a CAM/SS role for Fulham this season no?

He used to play a nominal left midfield in a narrow 4-4-2

    ----st ----- st
    Dempsey---rm
    ------cm--cm

He basically acted like an sw though. Tough to see how he fits unless rvp leaves and he partners with Podolski. He's not set up to be a winger in Arsenals system. He's too slow, which was Arshavin's issue.

He has been linked to them in the past two windows as well. I hope he doesn't, simply because I can't see where he would fit in that club.

I can't see it happening. I can see him going and ruining his career.

Wenger won't like him, his value won't be realized, and he wouldn't have the right role.

In all honestly, do we really see Arsenal spending 10-15 million pounds on an older player? I doubt it.

Arshavin by the end just stood on the touchline, wasn't good for anyone.

Wow Bolton look terrible. Fulham can never win on the road and this could have been 6-0.

I know they lost to Newcastle yesterday, but how nice do Swansea play? Seriously, they're smooth as hell.

They are really impressive. Frankly Newcastle were on the back foot for much of the game.

They look to me like a team from La Liga was relocated or something.

Apparently they are a real community effort too. They don't have much money but the community of Swansea have all worked with the board to build the current team.

Well you can tell that their play is a product of their coach. No way does an English team play that style without a trainer who abides by it.

Their former manager was Roberto Martinez, but really this was a club wide strategy they implemented. The team was tight on money and most English sides in the lower tiers value physical and athletic players. Therefore those players require higher transfer fees than others to purchase. Swansea's response was to sign undervalued, higher skilled, but perhaps less athletic players.

This seems unbelievable but it really reflects the nature of lower tier English football and some of their problems.

Cracking goal from Arteta to beat City, looks like United will be champions for sure now.

And Balotelli continued to yell at teammates and got sent off for the 4th time this year, I've got to think they'll get rid of him this summer.
