I swear somehow, someplace Jack Wilshere will f#ck it up and get injured just when Arsenal find form. It's the Arsenal way. o_O

BTW what was this even about? I stopped catching up on any Le Arse highlights all together.

it's amusing how samir nasir has become such an irrelevant player now. balotelli and nasri cost city their streak.

When I woke up, I was like, meh 2 goal lead.

I flipped on the tv just for noise. What an ending. I thought that the wall set funny before the kick...

Am I the only one who sees most domestic football rivalries as lame and hanshimhae?

I mean, the Celtic/Rangers rivalry I understand due to the historical Glaswegian religious/ethnic conflict but the Manchester Derby? Seriously? What's there to be worked up over besides the colour of the kit?

What's even more pathetic are the plastic morons on Facebook, reddit, etc "defending" "their" clubs.

I'm taking a break from studying but damn Facebook is just so entertaining in terms of the sheer idiots you encounter. One guy I know who's a ManU fan  is "thanking" a ManCity fan  for the statement of apology on the MCFC website. You'd think these clowns were part of the Old Trafford/Etihad head office. Copious amounts of de-friending after exams are over.

You think that's bad? I have to hear Lakers and 49ers bullsh!t all the time.
Some of these people have never even heard of San Francisco let alone gone to a single Niner or Laker game.

giants and dodgers rivalry's pretty bad too.
honestly, i don't really see much negatives in local rivalries between teams, it helps develop popularity of the sport by creating an "us" vs. "them"
don't want to sound sadistic but i honestly think hate and revenge make matches more exciting
back on topic: athletico vs. deportivo, Radamel Falcao smashes in five goals..

i really hope he stays with athletico.. La Liga needs more "big" teams other than Barca and Madrid

Personally I find matches between countries that utterly hate each other the most fun.

    Korea / Japan / China

    Serbia / Croatia

    Turkey / Greece

    Ireland / England

It would break my heart if Falcao left. Do something with Atletico and give Barca/R. Madrid a run for their money. Why make a sideways move to Chelsea or wherever, when you're achieving more or less the same thing at the club you're comfortable at/where the supporters love you? Spearhead a change in Atletico and break the "big 2" dominance. Be successful, and you'll be glorified by the club forever

They have to sell Falcao. The club is in massive debt.

General rule of La liga. All clubs are in some sort of debt. Not sure what the number is but its like ~20 different clubs are in debt. I'm curious to know which clubs are not in debt.

18 year old striker Dominic Samuel comes on for Reading...you almost wish Ji Dong Won was on this relegation-doomed team.
