With 66 goals for and 50 goals against, Zeman possesses the best offense in the Serie B with the 5th worst defense. Its his life long reputation but if you like to see goals, his teams are always the ones to watch .....
i dont like them.....but their fans will help fill in seats and it be nice to have another derby in italy but i think next season Chievo will go down...
chievo will never go down. they are one of those teams that just grind out results, no matter what. plus, they have Michael Bradley.
I haven't seen Chievo this year but from all the reports I've read, Michael Bradley is holding his own in the Serie A. Dispelling the myth that Americans can't play in Italy's top tier. Like Bradley, there are many other Americans who could play if given the chance, especially for the midtable teams. I hope others will follow in his tracks!
Chievo are sort of the Wolverhampton of Italy. Really scrappy club always looking to knick a draw, I've seen them a few times this season and they can be painful to watch. So Bradley hasn't been asked to do much but he's been quality at what he's been asked to do (aside from his last match). He's been sitting back a lot when if you see him play for the USMNT he's more box to box. He only signed a two-year deal for a reason. He wanted to find a club were he can play regularly in a top league and prove himself, which I think he has even with a limited role. With a 2-year deal if Chievo want to cash in, however minimal, they have to sell him this summer. I think clearly Chievo like him but he's made it clear he's not staying beyond his contract. For a club like Chievo you can't let a potential transfer fee even if it was only €1m euros pass you by. They can invest that money in two players of a decent quality (relative to the size of the club) to help keep them up next season, whether it bee in a fee, wages, or bonuses. Here's a video of him against Juventus. I ruined a perfectly good pair of pants with his tackle on Vucinic at around 4:30. Look who's in the news again! Man City's Balotelli escapes unhurt from car crash http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/2012/soccer/04/05/balotelli.crash.ap/index.html#ixzz1rHNVLGwi
he might stay who knows i mean the only team i think would pick him up is prob Genoa or maybe Roma(just saying cus of the american owner and all) What Chievo do with their limited funds is amazing and they have kept the same coach for a while now i think ?
Chievo are like most other Italian clubs in that they dont keep the coaches for to long lol. Stefano Pioli left last summer for Palermo but was sacked before pre season was over

the crap thats going to happen if juve does win the scudetto.... they are going to put that 3rd star on their jersey no matter what....
It's the smaller teams that have been giving Juve more problems this season, so they can still screw it up.
Juve's squad is very poor tho, even poorer then Milan.Shows you what serie a has become if they win it. But its mainly helped by the injuries of milan.Juventus this year is least side to suffer from injuries.
