Yes I agree. Its not an over 35 league by any means. Makes you wonder why the NYRB just signed a 38 year old Juninho.

Shades of the Jon Busch, Sporting KC ball boy incident, though MLS never did release any video of Busch's incident.

Chelsea star Eden Hazard kicks ball boy.

Some have spoken out in support of Hazard. Former Chelsea striker, Pat Nevin:

So stupid. What is he supposed to do when the kid rolls over and lays on the ball, intentionally trying to waste time? The kid should be the one fined and forced to apologize for making a joke out of the game.

Indeed. I'd have kicked him too. Kid even admitted he was wasting time.

Ok, the kid was being a dick, but, it's not like the ref can't add on more time at their discretion.

Watching the KC vs. Portland preseason match. It warms my heart to see that Ryan Johnson hasn't changed one iota, he's still terrible. :ROFLMAO:

Two former Quakes saw Premier league action today. Simon Dawkins came in about the 80th minute in Aston Villa's 2-1 loss to Arsenal. Not many meaningful touches, but, no bad plays.

Kei Kamara, on the other hand, came in around the hour mark and was the catalyst for Norwich City's come behind 2-1 victory over Everton. Kamara was busy from the get go, showing his pace and strength, and scored on a corner kick with an emphatic header which left Tim Howard with no chance. Then in the dying seconds it looked like he got the telling touch on a cross into the box that then fell for Grant Holt to stroke home. Great debut for Kamara with the Canaries.
