I forgot that the Stuttgart stadium gets transformed into a real football arena at the moment (just noticed that when I saw the highlights of their last home game). That means that the capacity is only around 40,000 instead of 56,000 for the game against you...
Here's UEFA's pre-game report: http://www.uefa.com/competitions/ucl/fixturesresults/round=2000027/match=2000351/report=pr.html Unfortunately I can't see the match because Celtic is facing Arsenal tonight as well.
And here is a link for the match http://www.myp2p.eu/broadcast.php?matchid=45941&part=sports Also, for anyone in the U.S. FSC Espanol is showing it LIVE!
yes i am watching it, goalie gave up a PK and Helb ran thru the entire defense alone with Poli missing on some easy scoring they dont look like can turn this around. To bad the first game is not away, i think would have helped Poli.
Here's the UEFA match report: http://www.uefa.com/competitions/ucl/fixturesresults/round=2000027/match=2000351/report=rp.html I didn't see the game, but it sounds like the game was already decided after those 2 goals within 120 seconds in the first half.
Poli were overplayed by a better team. Hleb scored a great goal. Alexa was the one who kept the pace with Stuttgart.
I'll see your guys there! Of course I'll be pulling for Stuttgart, but I'll be looking forward to seeing your folks here!
Nice vision. Well, at least they got a respectable 0:0 draw in Stuttgart. http://www.uefa.com/competitions/ucl/fixturesresults/round=2000027/match=2000361/index.html
The match was a real "sister kisser" last night. VfB looked pretty lousy except for about a 10 minute span in the 2nd half. Babbels changes in the lineup didn't really gel at all. There were a few opportunities for Timisoara to steal a goal that they couldn't quite seem to finish. They certainly deserved the away draw, and probably deserved a goal. Big respect to the Timisoara supporters. I was in section 34a of the Canstatter Curve right next to the CC97, a section that gets pretty loud, and there wasn't a single moment where I didn't hear the guys in purple. They really brought it. Well done.
Take a look at this banner presented in the Nordkurve of Borussia-Park on Saturday against Stuttgart.
Hi @ ViolaSud. Really nice pics! I hope you stay longer on this board than your 2 Poli mates before. Btw: How did Poli play against Urziceni today? With a win, your guys would be among the top 3 again, I'm right?
Poli Timisoara -unirea urziceni 0-0 today the referee didn`t gave us a penalty ..and we play better that unirea
Mersi for the update. I knew the result ... http://www.kicker.de/news/fussball/...ivizia-nationala-a/2009-10/21/0/spieltag.html ... and just wanted to get sure you will post again. Pity you didn't win, but 3 points lag to Cluj & Steaua can be made up. Do you think your team is strong enough to win the title?
what can i say with some luck we can win the title, the championship is very balanced there are 4-5 teams that are fighting for the title,,everything can happen
Yep, everything between 1-7 looks pretty close. Mult noroc! Btw: If you're looking for more Poli/BMG pics, just have walk into the "photo thread" of the "Borussia Mönchengladbach" section ("Germany" ---> "Clubs"). Have a nice evening/good night. Btw: What is your name and how old are you? Do you live in Timisoara?
That was not a penalty, in my opinion. But Poli deserved to win, they had better chances. I think Contra doesn't fit in that team. But I might be wrong, considering I'm almost done with the second beer...
