There is a great deli out here in Denver that actually does Taylor Ham, egg and cheese sandwiches, and they do it well. Though its only on a bagel or an English muffin, and I'm a plain roll kinda guy. All this city needs now is a good red sauce joint, and we'll be set.
In North Jersey I used to get it on a roll. But for some reason the rolls in Central Jersey aren't as good (water?) so I go with an everything bagel. There isn't a better way to start the day IMHO.
