Official National Team Thread 2014 Edition

Seeing as this site likes to make me struggle to make these threads let's get to it. Got this off the Honduras thread credit to Jonny63

I hope FESFUT can get a friendly with at least one of those teams outside of CONCACAF now that it keeps looking like Tuco will take the helm these next 6 months.

Also I posted this last night as investigations continue.

 

It will be difficult since our Feds are pretty bad I wouldn't be surprised if they manage to play either Guatemala or some Caribbean teams.

 

Can't be scared of bigger NT's we need to face them.

 

They've worked the ladder before only for the ladder to be knocked off under them by either players, Feds, etc. Since the WC is coming up this is the best shot they have of at least getting some high tier opponents, before we go back to the usual opponents of our region.

My problem with this is that they want to play in the states when they should be playing at home more IMO. I mean the last friendly they played at home was for the U23, yes it's been that long the rest have been official competitions.

 

Pretty much el estadio Mágico González has a pretty bad pitch and this has been sated multiple times throughout the last couple of years. Also they would need to make up the cost for bringing these teams here so naturally you need the stadium that can fit a ton of people and none come close. Most on average hold 3-5k while the second most roughly 15-20K.

 

Canada is beyond terrible though I would prefer facing a built team to show the level of this talent, Canada would not show us anything honestly.

So if Ayala is getting called does this mean we will see Baum and who are we facing. So far no one knows we are lost.

 

So far Gochez has come on and said that Ayala, Baum and Santamaria are being called to get their Visas in order.

 

Where did you hear that last part honestly I doubt he's waiting for FESFUT to call him. I know he is currently waiting on some paperwork to get done in Germany (he should just be turning 18) and also wants to solidify his spot with Dortmund's second team so he can get into the first team in the future.

 

I would wait for confirmation from him honestly or if Gochez comes out and says he has called him up. Also it would be sometime before he could join seeing as he would need to do some paperwork as he played an official game with the US ala Dustin.
