The Heart draw first blood in their match with the Big V. Impressive.

I went to the game...free tickets just on the row above the TV cameras on half way...and it was a very good atmosphere, despite the stadium still being able to fit approximately another 5000.

Disappointing that Heart's young left-back Aziz Behich was sent off, as Heart played the final 15-20 mins without much ambition to score, however he is a young player and its a mistake that was fairly likely to happen. He was actually very good throughout the match defensively and in attack...him and Marrone are really good attacking weapons in transition for Heart.

For Victory...I still can't understand why Ernie Merrick thinks the way he sets his team up is going to help them win...especially now that the quality and intelligence of the coaches and players in the league is higher. I can't recall them having any more than the one chance from open play (Hernandez's headed miss).

Was definitely an awesome environment to be part of. Hope the next derby will be equally as electric.

Looking forward to next game against GCU

Heart is on a roll. 6 matches undefeated, we are on top of our rivals, victory.
This sunday we have a tough match against brisbane roar, top of the table.

Myself, along with the YARRASIDE will be chanting them on for the whole 90 minutes this sunday.
if youre in melbourne come join in.

I don't follow the A-League but they should have scored two more in that 3-1 loss to the Victory. Mind you, Victory should have won 6-3!

The Heart rely too much on Worm's wing-play and aside from Shroj (?), the team looks predictable and unimaginative in midfield.

I haven't watched you guys since then but with Skoko back, maybe the team can link better in midfield and be less predictable.

So anyone else pissed off at Muscat for breaking Zahra's leg?
Muscat needs to learn how to tackle properly without killing people.

There's a reason Atletico rejected Spurs' offer for Kun Aguero; they've already agreed on his transfer to Heart next season.

They figured he wouldn't be able to tell the difference, because the two have such similar home shirts.

1-1 against Sydney. A bore for about 80 minutes and then Maycon scored. The game was interesting after that.

Heart should have won easily though. They had more chances but instead of having the balls to shoot, the Heart players passed to Terra. Terra is horrible as a striker. He is at his best as a winger. Van't Schip needs to tell his players to shoot when the chance comes. His players aren't instinctive. Football is a team game but don't always look for a team mate. When an opportunity presents itself, go for glory.
