Ruy Ramos is not cool at all, a bit chubby, with his long dready hair and a hawaii shirt........ bad taste.
The question about Toyama is why in the world they added lime green on their shirt?!? At first I guessed it was a print refuse on my meikan...
Some teams need to add a little spice to their borderline depressing seasons, come on It's like Machida Zelvia's baby pink when they were in J2! (speaking of which, I think Machida has the worst uniforms this season)
I've never seen this much people on a Gifu home-game before I think! Edit: And there are more Matsumoto-fans than Tokyo Verdy-fans it seems, even though Verdy is playing at home.
Badu is a superstar! He went to salute Sanga supporters with a woman with a funky hat that could just have been his wife or his translator...
this is JEF United slogan for 2014 it's just me or they are really becoming provocative... having seen the first match of the season i stay firmly convinced that a much more apt slogan would have been "SORRY!..."
Morimoto hit the crossbar at '92 min...TSC went for the counter and scored the second at '93. That's all...JEF lost the first of the season at home in front of a smaller crowd than the ones in Gifu or in Kumamoto (and that's another sad loss)
Funayama alone destroyed Verdy in Tokyo Good to see Gifu winning and doing what they're supposed to do. I hope they won't fail! Lots of golassos in J2 today.
I think they need to have that slogan, because its really not fun to lose to a team thats considerably weaker than themselves.
I have read some analyst talking about they expecting Kumamoto go deadlast this season, so Fukuoka losing to Kumamoto shows how weak Fukuoka is.
Don't know...i don't think Kumamoto is so bad honestly; They have bet hard on Seiichiro Maki, and that's...ehm...quite a risky move. But they have decent players in the roster like Saito,Nakama,Yano,Sonoda or ex-Sapporo Okamoto...and they have a new manager which at least has good experience unlike Yoshida last year. Also Avispa don't look so utterly bad if just looking at their roster. Truth is that this year J2 will be so much fun, interesting and harder to predict as ever, both on top and at bottom, especially if Jubilo can't shake the depressing aura of relegation soon. Personally i was impressed by today's Sanga performance, and jokes apart i think is quite adamant how Badu's has already left an impression on the style and the approach of the team. As it's clear that the problems that hampered Suzuki-JEF last year are all still there untouched...
I do agree with the several of your points, especially about JEF and Kyoto, but I also see teams as Ehima, Thespa, Sanuki and Tochigi struggle this season, I am in doubt about Gifu cant find out if Ramos and Kawaguchi will become a success but ok they won today in front of 11.000 people so if they do decent next away match, there might come a big crowd in Gifu again to watch the greens again.
