At least 2 of the 3 Sheffield goals were totally farcical with deflections and goal mouth scrambles. We just aren't getting the breaks right now.

So, will Keane still be in charge when we visit you in a fortnight?

    Morning all.

New Town fan on Big Soccer.

Seems like Keane is slowly turning things around but that Leicester game was pretty dire stuff and we are becoming hard to beat but look like we'll grind out results now. Not very Ipswich. Hopefully the fluid play will come soon.

Just in case you had not hears - Bryan Klug has been sacked, 22 years youth experience at Ipswich walking out the door....

With the type of players they have they should be fighting for a promotion place..

Was getting excited for our new season, but seeing the lack of activity in the transfer market has gotten me a bit worried. At least we haven't had to sell out best prospects this summer.

Still need a couple of defenders, a goalkeeper and forward to take some of the pressure off Wickham imo. Hopefully, Priskin will step up this season and prove he isn't a total flop.

Having some trouble ordering hats, shirts, etc.....from the official Ipswich web site. Any suggestions about how to get Ipswich gear here in the US? Or a solid site that wont charge an absurdity to ship overseas? Thanks.

Well a while since this was updated.

    Woy's gone. Paul Jewel's in.

Sitting midtable in 13th spot, 12 points off the top 6.

    Another season wasted?

I think Ipswich could surprise a few, dark horse for promotion.

While I wouldn't put money on it (recent history has made me a bit jaded) it could be possible. Personally, I'd rather we finish towards the top and have the squad together another year before attacking a spot in Europe the following season. ;)

Hey may not end up at Sunderland, but Connor Wickham is probably played his last match for Town. 13 million quid? Yeah, I'd sell him too.
