I have to admit, I ashamedly did not know of his massive accomplishments until I clicked on this thread. What a legend Cha was.

I can get a video of the 1986 WC match against Argentina, as well as what appears to be a MBC documentary on Cha. Any suggestions on where to upload it for the BS members here to view and/or download?

the 1986 WC highlights are already on youtube, you can try sendspace, rapidshare or megaupload for downloadable links, as for viewing you can try youtube.

Well it's the entire match, not the highlights. If it is already readily available then there isn't much point..

And yet still can't produce a successful NBA basketball player either. On topic though, Cha is probably the Asian footballer of the century, followed by Hidetoshi Nakata.

Eh, he is officially the Asian footballer of the 20th century, declared by FIFA.

Awesome! He's the clear winner. I can't think of any Asian players who are better than Chaboom. If only Cha DR had his football IQ.....

He was a fantastic player but definitely not the best manager. How many of the world's best managers used to be superstars as players? I can't think of anyone.

seems like a person can excel at only one job. either a good or coach vice versa.
