Ghana's Laryea Kingston will join (my team) Heart of Midlothian this week

We also have Ibrahim Tall (Senegal) in our squad

    Welcome Laryea :0)

    Asamoah Gyan?

How highly do you rate him?

Reason I ask is he just completed a move to the club I support, Lokomotiv Moscow.

Personally I thought he was the best on Ghana at the WC, next to Essien.

    Re: Asamoah Gyan?

For me, he was Ghana's best player at the World Cup behind Essien and Appiah. I haven't seen too much of him other than the WC so my opinion isn't worth much.

Great pace and very hard working. Causes constant problems to defenders.

However, he lacks composure in front of goal.

A good player but misses a hatful of chances.

A great prospect. Maybe the supporting striker role would suit him more for the time being, because his strength seems indeed to be troubling defenders rather than the actual finishing. Either way, he certainly is a good buy, although I really don't understand his decision considering the "issues" his brother faced lately.

Reported 600k Euros transfer fee, what a bargain. Great move for the player, very bad move for Hertha, especially considering their available personal.

If your coach manages to somewhat dampen his temper, you'll thoroughly enjoy the player. I do however think he learned his lesson, afterall he missed the WC because of his acting at the ANC.

word is now that he is denying these claims, and that he still wants to play for Holland.

Anyone who can give some info on this player who knows how he'll fit into Ghana. Is he going to improve the team?
