Yea, I applied tickets only for the games at Rio so the tickets I have are only for there. Hopefully they can top the group.

Colombia would be a tall order. Where do they go if they come second?

Well, despite they didn't won African Cup of Nations lately, Ivory Coast is still the best team in Africa. So, from this point of view is not a easy draw...a Colombia was impressive.

Zuniga 0? You can't be serious, man... Guarin and especially Cuadrado have a good chance to start I think
I wish Endo, Hasebe and Yamaguchi deserved a "3" but I'm not sure, I hope so :p

as for CIV, defense and GK could be their weak point, I hope we can abuse that

the midfield is actually a mistake on my end thanks for pointing out. Zuniga is imo the worst out of the 4 though. Zuniga actually has 1 so another mistake on my part. (i was changing it from 1,2,3,4 to 0,1,2,3 system)

    I ll fix it

Weird, he's pretty beast in Naples, I wonder why you think Uchida is particulary better than him. But I hope you're right and we own him on that flank haha

I believe Uchida to be someone who is vital for the ovral build up play. He is very good at that. Also quite balanced not the best in defense but very good at overlapping with very good cross.

Zuniga is lacking defensively imo and in the build up department. He is good but I think Japan and CIV have stronger options in that department

Cuadrado and Rodriguez both play judging from the recent matches, it's Torres who seems to be a reserve
makes sense since both are doing well

How am I underestimating them when I am overal ranking Columbia the strongest team in this group and predict 1st place for them?

Uchida plays for Schalke FC. Last time I checked Schalke FC aint a crap club and you dont get to play in it if you aint good. I have watched Zuniga on many occassions as a matter of fact enough to know that he is mostly a left back/wingback player more similar to Nagatomo

So when we are speaking of RIGHT backs it is my opinion Uchida is a better RIGHT back than Zuniga. I know that in Napoli he mostly play on left side
I also know he is a right legged and guess on which side they normally play and do better,?

    Thats right...

if i got schooled in a debate this would be my response too .

it's fairly evident from your posts that you know very litte about this sport ( " i don't consider touré a midfielder " lol ) also , your lack of familiarity with some players showcases that you only watch few games of certain leagues , sporadically ....

    you're a casual fan at best ..

    ciao.

Howard Webb should not be there, his refereeing was atrocious in the world cup final of 2010.
