Hell it didn't even have to be spectacular to get Messing going. If Henry bends over to tie his shoe Shep is likely to go on and on about how "You can just see that Henry's world class in the way he is making that loop in his shoelaces. Very few players in the world can do what he just did there!"

Henry got very little service. If we wind up playing them, that is the key, dominate their midfield.

From what I've read, the one team KC didn't want to face is Houston, and now they have to play them in Houston where they have not lost a game. 300 more minutes of being a Houston fan!

I noticed Houston scored! In the 18th minute. Go Houston... weird. A rematch of the MLS Cup from last year is the best case scenario for us this year.

True, he got very little service. He himself also had very little effort. Compare to Robbie Keane when he's lacking service - which is rare, I admit. :)

MLS Cup Final can be almost anywhere this year. Except for Houston or Buck Shaw Stadium.

    The pitch is a disgrace.

Does a CFB team play there?

I thought it was a brand new state of the art stadium in Houston. What happened?

    $$$$$

It just looks bad when you have a new SSS and you have A. Football lines on the pitch in a playoff game. Not only that but chunks were coming up all over the place.

Ricardo Clark, rolling on the ground, holding on to his mortally wounded arm, pleading with the ref, doesn't get the call and forgets his arm is injured and uses that arm to wag his finger in the ref's face.

It's still a longshot because both teams are gonna have tough roads to the finals and are playing on tired legs, but there is a possibility right now that we get an exact replay of last year's Final. Which would be totally fine with me. I think if you'd bet on that back in June you'd have gotten 100-1 odds or something.

Brandon McDonald has looked good. He could have been a real asset for us this season.

Too bad we didn't draft him...

Not the least bIt impressed with DC or NY. Unless Henry is on the ball, there's no danger. Id have to think Houston is the favorite against either team. They create more and are more efficient. Bless Arlo White for trying to add some excitement to this game. Am I just numb after last nights game?

I'll take the credit for that red card. I said McDonald was playing well, then he let Cooper in behind him on a clear goal scoring opportunity.
