The line-up of strikers is weak this year. Lee Tadanari would have gotten my vote if he had been there.

The jersey looks pretty nice here, maybe they left the cheap material behind. :D

How could it be that 1st shirt is a mess and 2nd is such a masterpiece?

Remember when JNT only played one game (against Netherlands) in the away uniform with the previous jersey? I don't think we'll see this masterpiece too often.

Looks 10x better than the red lines on the shirt and the socks. Not to mention the navy bits on the home strip looking like large sweat patches.

I think the bird makes it a very unique shirt and it's subtle enough, not to feel embarassed when wearing it.
Although without it, there's nearly zero design.

You can hardly see it, especially when moving around on the pitch. Much better than the red line going through the middle.

With or without, it still looks better than the Home design.

I'd rather wear bland than cluttered.

9 years since the last time... I like the choice. France will take it more serious than Spain. At least that's what I hope.

Zac wanted 2 away matches in Europe, to help toughen the Samurai Blues, I suppose. now that one is decided, I wonder who the others will be? Maybe Italy?
