Thanks for the answer. Other than Han Kook-Young. How have Jung Woo-Young (Kyoto Sanga), Bae Seung-Jin (Yokohama) and Kim Min-Kyoon (Fagiano) been performing?
They were all regulars in their clubs. Bae Seung Jin did very well in Yokohama with great consistency. Kim improved greatly in Okayama as the rest of the team and did a very good season, but is still a little inconstant with his performances imho. About Jung Woo-Young he did a solid season but maybe others who follow Sanga regularly could say more. A corean that disappointed a little, after a fabolous start, was Kim Jong Min in Tokushima. But even there i can't say if it was his fault,or maybe injuries or simply a poor team.
Thanks. It is so great to see these players having a solid season. Hopefully they will play in the J1 in the future.
About the playoff, a draw will be enough for JEF to be promoted right? Since they are the highest-placed team among them? I am kind of hoping for Oita=)
Even Tasaka kantoku is crying=) He did well. And everyone's favorite Takenori Hayashi the matchwinner against his former club! After all that trashing he's received ( particularly here on this board from various Kyoto-supporters) I think he deserved it=) He seems like a nice guy. Brilliant chip over the goalkeeper as well.
Hayashi were the one sent Oita down to J2 with his goal for Kyoto at home in 2009 actually. Funny that he now scores the goal that put them back up as well!
Poor JEF supporters; their team invented yet another way to make them feel miserably. Very happy for Oita though. And for J. League, too, as it will be only the second season in history with two Kyu clubs in top flight.
Well played Oita. They deserve it for what they have done all season....but being beaten by Hayashi....that's too cruel.
Aww, undeserved after watching the game... Mihara's nosebleed and Tasaka who didn't know what to say in the post game interview.
As Kyoto fan I am very pleased that Oita went up instead of JEF. Anyways this promotion was more important for the whole J-League than for JEF. Its proven that a club in economic troubles, can rebuild, and get promoted again. All in all beautifull promotion history only sad that it costed us our promotion place.
Yutaka Akita is the new manager of Machida Zelvia. He will be at the helm straightaway from the next Emperor's cup round against Gamba.
